Witkoff Scandal Stuns Ukraine; Putin Aide Speaks Out On US-Russia Plan & Sets The Record Straight

Kremlin aide Yuri Ushakov has confirmed that Russia is still closely evaluating the latest U.S. peace plan for Ukraine, saying the proposal demands “serious analysis” and has not been formally discussed with Washington. Ushakov revealed that Russian and Ukrainian intelligence officials met in Abu Dhabi to negotiate prisoner exchanges and other sensitive issues. The statement comes as Washington, Kyiv, and European partners continue adjusting the draft framework aimed at ending the war. Ushakov acknowledged that while some terms look “positive,” many points still require expert review.
