Hamas fired a fresh barrage of rockets into Israeli cities in retaliation for Israeli airstrikes on the Gaza Strip. Dozens of rockets were fired from Gaza City towards Israel. However, some of them were intercepted in the sky by Israel's Iron Dome system. The Israeli forces meanwhile dropped thousands of flyers over Gaza City, with a message to the Gazans calling on them to evacuate to the south. Israeli armed forces in military vehicles gather on the border.
