'Heads bashed...': Jinping on China's foes amid Communist Party's centenary fest

On July 1, China celebrated the centenary of its ruling Communist Party, with President Xi Jinping presiding over the festivities at Beijing's Tiananmen Square. The celebrations involved a military parade in which Chinese state media highlighted the participation of J-20 stealth aircraft. Addressing the gathering, Jinping issued a warning to China's adversaries that they would collide with a 'great wall of steel' and have their heads bashed bloody if they try to 'subjugate' the country.
