Hungary 'Snubs' NATO, Rejects $107 Billion Ukraine War Chest Plan As 'Madness' | Details

Hungary has refused to become a part of a new Ukraine fund proposed by the NATO. The NATO Nation's foreign minister said that this shows the bloc anticipates for the conflict to continue for a period of five more years and that it would be madness to join such a plan.
