Massive blaze at South African Parliament in Cape Town

A major fire broke out in the South African parliament building in Cape Town early on Sunday. Images showed massive flames burning through the roof of one of the parliament buildings. Officials said the roof had caught fire along with part of the National Assembly complex. It is not yet clear what caused the blaze at the South African parliament. Watch full video.
