Armenians in Azerbaijan's breakaway region agreed to a Russian proposal for ceasefire. This after Azerbaijan began an offensive to take control of the Nagorno-Karabakh enclave. The Russian Defence Ministry said a total cessation of hostilities was achieved. However, Armenpress quoted PM Nikol Pashinyan as saying that Armenia was not involved in drafting the ceasefire agreement. Watch for more.
