Putin to make Russian forces more lethal; Plans 43% hike in defence budget

Russian President Vladimir Putin is all set for a massive hike in the defence budget as he refuses to relent over Ukraine despite global pressure. According to a Bloomberg report, Putin will increase the defence spending for next year by 43%.
