The Russian forces carried out a second ballistic missile attack on Ukraine's Black Sea port city of Odesa. The latest attack killed three Ukrainians and caused more civilian infrastructure damage. It comes a day after Russia fired Iskander-M ballistic missiles with cluster warhead at Odesa. The attack on April 29 damaged a building, called 'Harry Potter Castle' by the residents.
