11 killed in SL blast

At least 11 people were killed in a bomb blast inside a cafe, in Ampara, Sri Lanka on Friday, a day before the first local elections in the region in two decades. At least 29 people were wounded in the blast. The injured are being treated at the Ampara base hospital.
