Pakistanis rally ahead of Kashmir day

About one thousand women rallied in Karachi on Wednesday to express their harmony with Muslim Kashmiris fighting Indian rule in the valley. Rallies will be held across the country to mark 'Kashmir Solidarity Day' on Thursday. A holiday was introduced on the February 5 in the 1990s as a show of sympathy for the Muslim insurgents who have been battling security forces in Indian Kashmir since 1989.
