PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif under house arrest

Pakistan's former prime minister and opposition leader Nawaz Sharif has been placed under house arrest. Pakistan government issued orders to put former premier under house arrest for three days to prevent him from leading the long march by lawyers and political activists. There was no immediate word from Pakistani authorities about the move.
