Soldiers patrol Tunisia's capital after night of violent looting
Soldiers and tanks were stationed in the centre of Tunis on Sunday morning to restore order in the aftermath of looting that broke out when Zine El Abidine Ben Ali,the Tunisian president for more than 23 years, fled to Saudi Arabia following a month of violent anti-government protests that claimed dozens of lives. Residents of the capital mingled with the armed soldiers on patrol as dawn broke across the city that witnessed violence and looting overnight.
