Authorities in Pakistan have tightened security after a suicide bomber killed at least six people in a truck bomb attack at the entrance to a Pakistan naval college in the eastern city of Lahore on March 4. Condemning the attacks, the local people of Lahore expressed their anger against President Parvez Musharraf and cited him as a major threat to the security and stability of Pakistan.
