A Swedish women has released a video of her “wake-up machine”, a device that slaps the sleeper in the face to wake them up. Simone Giertz's video has since become viral hit on social media.Giertz used a rubber arm mounted on a 165-revolutions-per-minute (RPM) motor that was wired to the clock to create the device.The robotics enthusiast said she came up with the idea as she has a hard time waking up and she wanted a funny solution. The “wake-up machine” is just one of the other funny inventions by the 'inventertainer' -- as her online fans call her.
