US President Barack Obama is the first sitting US president to visit Hiroshima, a Japanese city devastated by a US-dropped atomic bomb at the end of World War II. He visited the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Park in a historic visit on Friday and layed a wreath at the site. While the White House has said the President will not apologise for the United State dropping the bomb, his visit has been a flashpoint of emotions in both countries.
