The Islamic State group released a video showing one of its fighters in Iraq vowing to attack Washington the way Paris was attacked last week. The nearly 12-minute video shows fighters praising Friday's attacks in Paris that killed 129 people and injured hundreds more. Speaking at the G-20 summit in Turkey, US President Barack Obama conceded that the attacks were a setback in the fight against the Islamic State group. Meanwhile, France's president says he wants to unite forces with the US and Russia against IS. President Hollande led earlier led his stunned country in one minute's silence with thousands gathered outside the various sites attacked by terrorists on Friday.
