Watch | NYC reacts to latest Islamic State video threat

A defiant New York has stared down an Islamic State propaganda video that threatened the city with a massive suicide bomb attack. They citizens went about Thursday as usual although the video from IS wasn't far from many people's minds. The ISIS propaganda video shows images from Times Square interlaced with a bomber putting on a suicide vest. The New York Police Department (NYPD) is aware of the video but the mayor says the city will not be intimidated. In fact, he said the department has been training new special units that are equipped to handle terrorist threats. New Yorkers are optimistic that the terrorists will never win.
