Woman held hostage uses pizza order to ask for help: "Get 911 to me"

A central Florida woman helped save herself and her children by sending a message in an online pizza order that asked employees to call 911 because she was being held hostage. The woman named Cheryl Treadway and her children were being held hostage by her boyfriend, Ethan Nickerson, who forbade her to make calls or write texts, and threatened her with knife, the Verge reported. Luckily, Treadway managed to convince the man to let her use the cell phone to order a pizza, and she cleverly used the additional notes section of the online order form to write "Please help. Get 911 to me". The police arrived soon after and Nickerson surrendered himself. Candy Hamilton, Pizza Hut's manager said that it was the first time in 28 years they had seen something like this come through.
