The Brazilian Air Force said 41 bodies have been recovered from the crash site so far, including 13 bodies found on Tuesday.
There were 228 people on board the aircraft when it crashed into the Atlantic June 1.
Lieutenant-Brigadier Ramon Borges Cardoso said that 16 bodies have been already transported to Fernando de Noronha archipelago where the experts would try to identify them.
Twenty-five other bodies are in a Brazilian navy vessel, which is on its way to the archipelago.
After the identification of the bodies is completed they will be transported by plane to Recife, the capital of Pernambuco State in northwest Brazil.
