16 Indian fishermen arrested by Pakistan

Pakistan's Maritime Security Agency also impounds four fishing vessels for allegedly fishing in Pakistani waters.

Pakistan's Maritime Security Agency (MSA) has arrested 16 Indian fishermen and impounded four fishing vessels for allegedly fishing in Pakistani waters, Online news agency reported on Friday.
The MSA ship was on a routine patrol in the Eastern Maritime Region when Indian boats were found fishing illegally, about 30 nautical miles inside the Exclusive Economic Zone (EEZ) of Pakistan.
Later the arrested fishermen were handed over to police, the agency said.
