EU leaders should attend Russia gas summit: Lavrov

European countries should show their commitment to resolving the Russia-Ukraine gas crisis by sending their leaders to a summit in Moscow this weekend, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.

European countries should show their commitment to resolving the Russia-Ukraine gas crisis by sending their leaders to a summit in Moscow this weekend, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said on Friday.

"We expect anyone interested in resolving the problem as soon as possible to come to the summit being held in Moscow tomorrow," Lavrov said at a press conference amid scant interest from EU leaders in the meeting.
