Defamation case: Madhya Pradesh Cong chief spokesperson gets bail

Madhya Pradesh Congress chief spokesperson KK Mishra appeared before district court on Monday and got bail in connection with the defamation case filed against him by the state government.

The state Congress chief spokesperson KK Mishra appeared before the district court on Monday where he got bail in connection with the defamation case filed against him by MP government.

Mishra is facing defamation charge for levelling allegations against chief minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan and his wife in connection with Madhya Pradesh Professional Examination Board (MPPEB) examination scam.

The spokesperson appeared in the court of additional district judge Manoj Shrivastava which granted him bail on the personal bond of Rs 25,000 and equal amount for surety.
