Aamir Khan walks over 1,000km in four months to lose 25kg
The popular Bollywood actor has now achieved his goal weight.
In his next film, Aamir Khan will essay the role of wrestler Mahavir Phogat. For some portions of the movie, the actor had to bulk up. He put on 25kg. After shooting for those sequences, Aamir started following a strict fitness regimen to shed those extra kilos. The actor would walk seven to nine kilometres every day to get back in shape.

The source says, “Aamir decided to achieve the target in four months, and strictly followed a diet. He also clocked in several hours of workouts.”Also the source adds, “In each of his recent films, Aamir has managed to get into the skin of the character.He has even undergone physical transformations, depending on the requirements of each character. While for Dhoom:3 (2013) and PK (2014), he achieved a ripped physique, for his next, he surprised everyone by putting on a lot of weight.”
