Over 500 costumes for a sequence in Mirziya
The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag director ordered more than 500 costumes for a grand Rajasthani wedding sequence of the leading lady Saiyami Kher in the film.

Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra is pulling all stops for his next film Mirziya, a contemporary love story set in Rajasthan.
The Bhaag Milkha Bhaag director ordered more than 500 costumes for a grand Rajasthani wedding sequence of the leading lady Saiyami Kher in the film.
A lot of junior artistes were involved and they needed authentic costumes for each and every person. A professional pagdi wala was called who made over 500 pagdis. Also, more than 500 jootis and costumes were arranged for the scene. Rakeysh even called for five trucks of marigold flowers for the sequence.
Also starring Harshvardhan Kapoor, Mirziya is inspired by the love story of Sahiban and Mirza and is written by noted filmmaker, lyricist and author Gulzar.
