Just days after teasing her fans with a sneak peek, Sonakshi Sinha has shared the first poster of her upcoming movie, Akira. The poster shows an edgy Sonakshi staring at us with Anurag Kashyap and Konkona Sen in the background.

Just days after teasing her fans with a sneak peek, Sonakshi Sinha has shared the first poster of her upcoming movie, Akira.

The poster shows an edgy Sonakshi staring at us with Anurag Kashyap and Konkona Sen in the background. The film’s tagline reads ‘No one will be forgiven’ and as she shared it on her Instagram account, she added, “She will fight back”.

Directed by AR Murugadoss, the movie will see filmmaker Anurag Kashyap playing a negative character while Akshay Kumar will make a guest appearance.

Sonakshi had earlier expressed her excitement over training hard for the actioner and said, “I am getting to learn martial arts and so many other things. All this is very exciting for me, and keeps me on my toes.”

Akira is a remake of the 2011 Tamil film Mouna Guru and will release on September 2.
