Shah Rukh Khan’s daughter Suhana Khan was spotted out and about town on a movie date with her friends, Chunky Pandey’s daughter Ananya Pandey and Sanjay Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor.

Suhana, 17, who one day wants to join the Hindi film industry like her brother Aryan, 19, made more public appearances than ever before in 2017. She was photographed with her father on several occasions, displaying poise amid flashbulbs.

While promoting his recent film, Jab Harry Met Sejal, SRK spoke about Suhana’s acting ambitions in an interview.

“Suhana is more theatre-oriented and has been doing plays in college. The best part is that she doesn’t want to learn (acting) from me. She wants to be an actor in her own right. She can be an actor if she has the passion and guts to work five times harder than me and get paid 10 times less than I do, if times don’t change for women actors. I want her to experience what my female co-stars have gone through. My daughter will be an actor like them and I want to feel the pain,” he said.

In another interview, this time to DNA, he said, “Suhana wants to be an actress. I see that zeal in her. She’s extremely good on stage, I’ve seen her performances. She’s admittedly a cinema fan and wants to be in the industry. But my point is simple — you need to complete your education before doing anything. That’s the only thing I have told my children. Otherwise, they are free to be in the film industry, not be in it and do whatever they like. I will be supportive of whatever they want to do. While Aryan has now grown up and is more macho, he’s building his body and all, Suhana is more loving. I think she’s the softest person in the house. And AbRam is my little monster.”
