NEW DELHI: Samvardhana Motherson Automotive Systems Group, a subsidiary of auto component maker Motherson Sumi Systems, will raise $300 million (around Rs 2,000 crore) through the issue of notes due in December 2021 to repay debt and for general corporate purposes.
