Tata Motors is all-set to launch a new facelifted version of the Punch tomorrow in the Indian market. The brand has released several teasers on the social media, which have revealed several things about the upcoming Punch facelift. Below are the 5 things that have been confirmed from the teasers.


2026 Tata Punch facelift: New colours
With the Punch facelift, Tata Motors is introducing new colour schemes. The micro SUV will now be offered in six colour schemes - Cyantafic, Caramel, Bengal Rouge, Daytona Grey, Coorg Clouds and Pristine White.

2026 Tata Punch facelift: Updated exterior
On the outside, there are several the facelift introduces updated LED headlamps, LED DRLs, redesigned alloy wheels up to 16 inches, and new LED tail lamps with a lightbar, making the updated Punch from Tata Motors more competitive in the compact SUV space.

The interior will also undergo a few updates, such as a new two-spoke steering wheel with an illuminated Tata logo. There will be a touch panel for the automatic climate control, just like we have seen on the Nexon. The seats will be finished in blue and grey upholstery. There will also be a new 7-inch driver's display.

2026 Tata Punch facelift: New features
The Tata Punch facelift brings a wide set of updates focused on comfort, safety and tech. Key highlights include a newly confirmed 360-degree camera on higher variants, six airbags as standard across the range, electronic stability control, traction control and tyre pressure monitoring. The cabin sees upgrades such as a larger touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a digital instrument cluster, cruise control, rear AC vents, steering-mounted controls and a height-adjustable driver seat. Higher trims add features like automatic climate control, push-button start-stop, rain-sensing wipers, automatic headlamps, wireless phone charging, connected car technology and a voice-assisted electric sunroof.
2026 Tata Punch facelift: Turbo petrol confirmed
This time, the Punch will additionally include a turbocharged petrol engine. A teaser released by the brand on social media has verified this information. At present, the details concerning the engine's tuning and the available gearbox options are still undisclosed.
