CM appoints 7 chairpersons of boards, corporations

Punjab chief minister Parkash Singh Badal on Wednesday appointed seven chairpersons of various boards and corporations of the state government. The chief minister also approved the appointment of Kamaljeet Singh Hayer as a member of the Punjab State Commission for NRIs, a spokesman here said.

They are Shakti Kumar Sharma (Punjab Small Industrial Export Corporation), Vinod Kumar Sharma (Punjab Water Supply and Sewerage Board), Raghunath Singh Rana (Punjab Medium Industries Development Board), Vijay Sampla (Punjab State Forest Development Corporation), Harjeet Singh Grewal (Punjab Khadi and Village Industries Board), Manjeet Singh Rai (Punjab Information and Communication Corporation) and Narottam Dev Ratti (Punjab Traders Board).

The chief minister also approved the appointment of Kamaljeet Singh Hayer as a member of the Punjab State Commission for NRIs, a spokesman here said.
