An official spokesman said transferred IPS officers included V Neeraja as DIG of vigilance bureau (economic offences wing), S Bhupati as AIG state special operations cell Amritsar with additional charge as AIG counter-intelligence Amritsar, Rahul S as AIG special branch (intelligence) Punjab, Nilambri Jagadale as SP (detective) Khanna and Bikrampal Singh Bhatti as deputy director of Punjab Police Academy in Phillaur.
Transferred PPS officers included Mangal Singh as SP (SSG) Punjab, Manjinder Singh as SP state intelligence wing, Navjot Singh as ADCP (headquarters and security) Jalandhar, Shivdev Singh, as commandant 27th Battalion Punjab armed police Jalandhar, Kanwar Bahadur Singh as AIG transport at state headquarters and Mohinderpal Singh as assistant commandant 27th Battalion Punjab armed police at Jalandhar.
Gurmail Singh was transferred as assistant commandant 27th Battalion PAP Jalandhar, Mander Singh as AIG (internal vigilance cell) Punjab, Rajinder Singh assistant commandant 75th Battalion PAP Jalandhar, Bahadur Singh as assistant commandant 75th Battalion PAP Jalandhar and Jatinder Singh AIG intelligence with additional charge of staff officer to DGP.
Arun Saini was transferred as AIG (counter-intelligence), operation wing, Ravinder Kumar Bakshi as commandant police recruitment training centre at Jahan Khelan, Bhupinder Singh as assistant commandant second CDO Battalion home guards, Amandeep Kaur as assistant commandant third India Reserve Battalion at Ludhiana, Hitender Singh Ghai as AIG (counter- intelligence) at Bathinda, Rachhpal Singh as assistant commandant fifth India Reserve Battalion at Amritsar and Jasdev Singh as assistant commandant second India Reserve battalion at Ladda Kothi Sangrur.
Baljit Singh would now be SP (crime) Bathinda, Jaspal Singh as AIG (law and order) headquarters, Balwinder Singh as SP detective SAS Nagar, Naresh Kumar as ADCP crime Jalandhar, Lakhwinder Singh as SP headquarters Nawanshahr, Jagtar Singh as assistant commandant seventh battalion PAP Jalandhar, Sarabjit Singh as AIG (PPCR) Chandigarh with additional charge of AIG as principal CID training school Punjab, Darshan Singh as Zonal AIG CID Bathinda, Ajay Maluja as AIG counter-intelligence Ferozpur, Rachhpal Singh as zonal AIG CID Amritsar, Gursharan Singh as deputy director PPA Phillaur and Sanjeev Kumar Rampal as SP CM security Punjab Delhi with additional charge of SP CID Delhi.
