PWD asks city residents to report instances of flooding
The PWD has also set up a monsoon control room (toll-free number 1800-11-0093) for complaints.
The Delhi Public Works Department (PWD) has asked residents to report instances of waterlogging on its helpline numbers — 011-23490323 and 1800-11-0093 — officials said on Wednesday.

The department issued a public notice on Wednesday asking people to call on the helpline numbers if they come across waterlogging or flooding, a day after the city was lashed by heavy rains, which threw traffic out of gear and left traffic on vital stretches crawling.
“Delhi government has set up a unified control room (toll-free number 1800-11-8595) for all departments to deal with complaints of waterlogging in the Capital this monsoon.
The PWD has also set up a monsoon control room (toll-free number 1800-11-0093) for complaints.
“These control rooms will work 24 hours,” the notice read.
The department also said that it has installed CCTV cameras at vulnerable points across the Capital to conduct real-time monitoring of waterlogging during monsoon.
