NEW DELHI: The Opposition in North Delhi Municipal Corporation on Wednesday launched an attack on BJP for indulging in corrupt practices.

According to leader of opposition Mukesh Goel, the corporation gave its nod for increasing the bed strength of Balakram Hospital from 100 to 200 without sanctions. “This increase in bed strength will cost the hospital Rs 64 crore, almost three times from Rs 24 crore. This includes a sudden hike in consultation fee from Rs 79 lakh to Rs 2.12 crore,” said Goel.
