A 17-year-old boy was sent to juvenile home on Friday after he allegedly molested a minor girl in south Delhi. The police said the incident took place on December 5 inside the servant's quarters of a professor in Jawaharlal Nehru University, where the accused stayed.

"The girl used to stay in servant's quarters of another professor," said HGS Dhaliwal, deputy commissioner of police (South).

The police said initially, a case of attempted rape was registered but it was later changed to molestation, as medical examination did not confirm rape.
