AAP names four more poll candidates
The Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) political affairs committee on Thursday cleared candidates for the Model Town, Rohtash Nagar, Seelampur and Shakurbasti assembly seats. HT reports.

The Aam Aadmi Party's (AAP) political affairs committee on Thursday cleared candidates for the Model Town, Rohtash Nagar, Seelampur and Shakurbasti assembly seats.
"Akhileshpati Tripathi, a student leader, the candidate from Model Town, has been active since the 2011 agitation for Janlokpal. Former air force personnel, now a practising lawyer, Mukesh Hooda is the candidate from Rohtash Nagar.
Seelampur (northeast Delhi) candidate is Aaftab Ahmed, a teacher. Architect Satyendra Jain is the party's candidate from Shakurbasti," the party said in a statement.
