BYPL counters to open for 12 hrs on Sunday

Payment counters situated in BSES Yamuna Power Limited' (BYPL) 14 division offices in east and central Delhi will open for 12 hours on Sunday also.

Payment counters situated in BSES Yamuna Power Limited (BYPL) 14 division offices in east and central Delhi will open for 12 hours on Sunday also.

Following this, BYPL customers will now start getting bills with Sunday as the due date. Till now, on Sunday's these payment counters were open from 9 am to 3 pm.

According to BYPL CEO Ramesh Narayanan, "Acting on consumers' feedback, BYPL has decided to make its bill payment counters operational for 12 hour on Sundays also. This will help families with both the spouses working six days a week," he said.
