The Common Management Admissions Test (CMAT) will be held in SAARC countries from September 2013 and the students will also be tested on emotional intelligence, said AICTE chairman SS Mantha.

AICTE conducts CMAT for admission to 4,000 management institutes across the country. This year, the exam will be open for NRIs and foreign nationals. “We will initially hold the exam in the SAARC countries. I see a large market in Bangladesh,” said Mantha.
