Delhi cop dies after being hit by car driven by 18-yr-old without licence
A 54-year-old constable was run over by a speeding car allegedly driven by an 18-year-old youth who did not have a driving licence near Welcome metro station in northeast Delhi on Sunday morning.

Naresh Pal Malik, a head constable in Delhi Police’s special branch, was knocked off his scooter on his way to work around 8.30am.
Locals chased the car and caught hold of Shubham who was driving it. He does not have a driving licence, a senior police officer said on condition of anonymity.
Pal, who suffered serious head injuries, was taken to GTB Hospital, where he was declared brought dead, police said.
He was a resident of Surya Vihar, Ghaziabad, and had joined the Delhi Police in 1982.
