Four law schools of excellence to be set up: Moily

He said that the project is in its planning stage.
The minister said the government would also introduce the Judges (Inquiry) Bill, 2009, in the winter session of parliament.
"The bill will be placed before the union cabinet soon," Moily told reporters.
The bill is expected to have a clause bringing judges' assets under the purview of the Right to Information Act, 2005.
Moily said the decision to allow foreign legal firms into the country will be taken only after holding discussion with the Bar Council, the eminent jurists and the legal fraternity.
On the controversy over the appointment of Karnataka High Court Chief Justice Dinakaran to the Supreme Court, Moily said the matter is not for "public debate".
"The Supreme Court collegium will take a decision and will recommend it to the government," he said.
