Speaking at Aakrosh Rally, which was organized in outer Delhi, Goel also promised that his party would decrease electricity tariff by 30%, if voted to power in the upcoming assembly elections.

“I will not stop my agitation until this government is in power. My protest is against the power tariff hike and the additional burden it puts on residents. If the BJP is elected to power later this year, we would bring in ‘electricity connection portability’ where the consumer shall have the option to choose from a bouquet of vendors competing against each other,” Goel said.
