Govt asked for report on quacks

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday sought a report from the Delhi government on clinics run by quacks in the Capital region and the action taken against them.

The National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Monday sought a report from the Delhi government on clinics run by quacks in the Capital region and the action taken against them.

The order comes subsequent to Delhi Medical Council submitting to NHRC a list of 28 clinics operating in Burari area of Delhi that were found to be run by unqualified doctors, an NHRC spokesperson said.
