Marijuana worth Rs.1.4 mn seized in Delhi, two held
Two people were arrested in New Delhi on the charge of possessing 4.5 kg of pure marijuana worth Rs 1.4 million, says the police.

Two people were arrested in New Delhi on the charge of possessing 4.5 kg of pure marijuana worth Rs 1.4 million, police said on Saturday.
Nafis, 48, and his accomplice Arshad, 24, were nabbed on Friday evening from Kardampuri area in northeast Delhi. Police seized the contraband from them.
The duo was arrested after police received information that they would be coming to the city from Uttar Pradesh to sell marijuana.
"During investigations the accused revealed that poverty forced them to enter the narcotic trade," Deputy commissioner of Police Jaspal Singh said.
