No info on past of ministers, speakers

They do not have similar information neither about past and present Chief Ministers, Ministers and Parliamentary Secretaries in Delhi government nor about any criminal and/or other offences against present members of Delhi Legislative Assembly.

“There is no mandatory provision for the speaker and Deputy Speaker, Chief Minister, Ministers and Parliamentary secretaries for disclosing their assets, wealth and property (including those of their spouses and children). However, secretary LAS being a government servant files his annual property returns as rules,” was the defense.
