"We have arrested one Neeraj from Shahdara in east Delhi today (Monday) for interrogation, who has been identified as an associate of Arvind Dabas, accused in the Jaitley call record case," a police official said.
According to police, Neeraj had sought call records of several other people with the help of Arvind Dabas, a Delhi Police constable running a real estate business in Uttarakhand.
Dabas was arrested on Friday for his alleged involvement in trying to access Jaitley's mobile call records.
