Traffic advisory for Delhi NDA rally today

The Delhi Traffic Police have issued an advisory for Wednesday as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is organising a rally at Ram Lila Ground in central Delhi.

The Delhi Traffic Police have issued an advisory for Wednesday as the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) is organising a rally at Ram Lila Ground in central Delhi.

"Traffic congestion is expected in central and New Delhi. Ring Road, Bahadur Shah Zafar Marg, Netaji Subhash Marg, Jawaharlal Nehru Marg, Asaf Ali Road, Bhavbhuti Marg and Ranjit Singh Marg would be affected," a police officer said.

Buses and heavy vehicles will be diverted from the roads leading to the venue and their entry would be restricted on the Ranjit Singh flyover.

"We have made elaborate arrangements to minimize the inconvenience. Motorists are advised to avoid the affected roads," he added.

The rally is scheduled to begin at 12 noon.
