E-learning tool launched
iBery Solutions Pvt Ltd launched the EBerry-EdBook, an electronic learning tool for students from classes 6 to 12, at an introductory price of R36,500.
The prominent features of the device include custom-built user-interface, preloaded study material (currently sourced from the NCERT curriculum), web browser with free internet subscription for a year, a 1.3mp camera for video-conferencing, an audio-visual dictionary, English to Hindi translating software, online-tutoring, anti-virus software, cloud computing facility, an optional solar-panel battery charger and a parental control module.

“We aim to make education paperless, and supplement the present education system by providing a portable technological platform,” says Prabind Kumar Singh, CEO, iBerry Solutions.
