TSPSC FSO Exam 2017 answer key released, check it here

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) on Friday released the preliminary answer key for the written exam to recruit Forest Section Officers.

The Telangana State Public Service Commission (TSPSC) on Friday released the preliminary answer key for the written exam to recruit Forest Section Officers in the Forest Department of the state on its official website. The exam was held on October 22.

The commission has released the answer key for the General Knowledge and General Mathematics paper separately.

Steps to access the answer key for FSO exam:

1) Visit the official website of TSPSC

2) Click on the link for ‘Result, Keys, OMR download’

3) Click on the link for ‘FSO (47/2017) - Preliminary keys - Web Notes.’

4) Click on ‘General knowledgeFSO 17471’ to check Key for GK paper

5) Click on ‘General Mathematics FSO 17472’ to check key for Math paper

6) Answer keys will be displayed on the screen

7 Download it on your computer and take a print out of the same

Candidates can raise objections to the answer keys online through the TSPSC website from October 28. They can submit their objections only in English and only as per the order of questions appearing on the screen with the question numbers allotted by TSPSC. Representation received after the November 3 will not be taken up.

The commission intends to fill approximately 90 vacancies through this recruitment process.

The selection of candidates will be made by written examination (objective type), walking test and medical test. The final selection of these posts will be based on marks obtained in the examination, giving weightage (bonus marks) to the NCC certificate holders.

Candidates who qualify in the exam will be called for verification of certificates. The minimum qualifying marks for selection are OCs 40%, BCs 35% SCs and STs 30%. The minimum qualifying marks are relaxable in the case of SC/ST/BC at the discretion of the commission.

The candidates will be selected and allotted to Service/ Department as per their rank in the merit list and as per district preference for allotment of candidates against vacancies and for the vacancies available.
