Gujarat Election: Jamnagar South Assembly Constituency 2022 Jamnagar South Assembly constituency is one of the 182 Gujarat Legislative Assembly constituencies. Voters of the Jamnagar South Assembly segment polled as per the Gujarat Election 2022 Schedule and the Gujarat Assembly Election 2022 results were declared on 8 December 2022.

In the Gujarat Legislative Assembly Election 2017, Jamnagar South constituency had 10 candidates for assembly seat contention. Jamnagar South was one of 99 seats won by the Bharatiya Janata Party. Bharatiya Janata Party's Ranchhodbhai Chanabhai Faldu (R.C.FALDU) won the election by upstaging Indian National Congress's Ashok Lal by a margin of 16,349 votes.

97.1% of the total votes were casted to top two candidates. Bharatiya Janata Party's Ranchhodbhai Chanabhai Faldu (R.C.FALDU) got a total of 71,718 votes, while Indian National Congress's Ashok Lal got 55,369 votes. Bahujan Samaj Party's candidate Ashvinbhai Nathabhai Chavda grabbed 1,627 votes to finish at the third place. The top three parties secured 54.8%, 42.3% and 1.2% respectively.
