The 33-yer-old’s publicists had dismissed reports of a relationship between the two last year after Kutcher took Scafaria to Pisa, Italy on vacation shortly after his wife Demi Moore announced their marriage was over.

The screenwriter, who had previously dated The O.C. star Adam Brody, also spent time with Kutcher at the Yellowstone Club ski resort in Montana last month and they were spotted holding hands over a romantic lunch on Christmas Eve.

However, Kutcher’s spokesperson had insisted, “They’re just friends.”

Now it appears that their friendship has turned into romance after the actor in a Sunday morning tweet referred to Scafaria as My Girl, Contactmusic reported.

“First official sleepover with my girl @lorenescafaria so maybe breakfast with everyone next time!” he tweeted.
