Bossy Kajol calls Ahan Shetty ‘gadha' at Tadap screening, leaves paparazzi in splits while refusing to pose for them
Kajol roped in Mana Shetty and Ahan Shetty for a selfie session at the screening of Tadap on Wednesday evening. A video showed an animated Kajol instructing others to take position.
The screening of Ahan Shetty and Tara Sutaria’s new film Tadap was a star-studded event on Wednesday and Kajol was on the guest list. Ahan arrived at the premiere with his girlfriend, Tania Shroff but was briefly stolen away by Kajol for a photoshoot session.

A new video from the premiere shows Kajol calling Ahan’s mother Mana Shetty to the photo-op area. She takes off her mask and also gestures to the paparazzi to hush it as they ask her to pose. The actor being bossy leaves the paparazzi in a fit of laughter. Kajol then appears to say something to the camera persons about her phone. A very animated Kajol also instructs Ahan to click selfies while she reshuffled Mana and her spots for the photoshoot. As he shot a video instead, Kajol is heard saying, 'Abe le le gadhe (Just click it, stupid)."
Ahan also seems to have recorded a boomerang video in the process, which made it to Kajol’s Instagram story. She gave a shout out to the newcomer and wrote: “Congrats, congrats, congrats Ahan. Wish you all the success and a big fat welcome to the industry.”

Wednesday’s Tadap screening was a star-studded event with the guest-list including names such as Salman Khan, Disha Patani, Anupam Kher, Riteish Deshmukh, Genelia D’Souza, Harsh Varrdhan Kapoor, among others. Ahan's sister Athiya Shetty brought along her rumoured boyfriend, cricketer KL Rahul while Hardik Pandya was also there.

Ahan co-stars with Tara Sutaria in his Bollywood debut, which is directed by Milan Luthria. Speaking to Zoom previously, he shared his experience of doing intimate scenes in the movie and said: "I was definitely scared. When I did hear the story, initially there was no actress locked. In my head, I was like 'Oh my God! Whom am I going to be doing this with?' But again, it is all a part of the process. At the end of the day, it is filmmaking. I am not doing those scenes as Ahan, I am doing those scenes as a character."
