Athiya Shetty cuddles up with KL Rahul at Tadap screening, see inside photo

Athiya Shetty and KL Rahul made their first-ever red carpet appearance as a couple on Wednesday, at the screening of her brother Ahan Shetty’s debut film, Tadap. Now, an inside photo from the event has surfaced online, in which she is seen snuggling up to him while he has a wide smile on his face.

While Athiya wore an all-black outfit for the event, Rahul wore an oversized beige blazer over a black T-shirt and beige pants. He joined her and her family at the screening and even posed for pictures with Ahan.

Rahul and Athiya have never admitted to being in a relationship. However, they often shower love on each other via Instagram posts. Last month, on her birthday, he shared pictures of them at a cafe and wrote, “Happy birthday my (heart emoji) @athiyashetty.”

Earlier this year, Athiya accompanied Rahul to England for the World Test Championship. He shared pictures of them chilling with Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma and other cricketers and their significant others.

A source told Hindustan Times that Rahul listed Athiya as his ‘partner’ before leaving. “The couple left India together for England for the World Test Championship last month. Before leaving, the logistics department had asked all players for names of people travelling with each of them. The players were supposed to give the names of whether they would be travelling with wives or partners, for which KL Rahul listed Athiya Shetty as his partner. She travelled in the same bubble and stayed in Southampton with the team,” the insider said.

Athiya made her Bollywood debut with Hero in 2015. She also starred opposite Arjun Kapoor in Mubarakan. She was last seen in Motichoor Chaknachoor, which released in 2019, and is yet to announce her next project.
